Kitcheners Mews

Kitchener Mews is an exclusive housing development in the heart of Enfield, London. The site dates back centuries and was originally a local shop named ‘Kitcheners’. Now, a unique development of five modern and luxurious 2 and 3 bedroom homes offers gated community living for families to enjoy.

We were approached by the developer to design a standout brand in-line with the quality of the houses on offer. Steeped in history, it was important to create something to retain the essence of the local area whilst representing the modern style of these homes.

We designed a simple hallmark style logo with a modern twist and elevated the brand with the use of the muted mint colour and deep grey. All sales material was then produced to support the brand and drive sales of the properties. Simple, clean layouts ensure the content is easy to read and always nicely presented.
