We’ve come together to create a modern, independent design agency united by our passion for digital inventiveness. We like to think of our offices as an escape to imaginative possibility.

Daniel Merner

Daniel is WAC’s Managing Director meaning the customer is at the centre of everything he does. His focus is on building and nurturing long lasting relationships and producing creative, innovative solutions that demonstrate real brand integrity. His strategic vision coupled with his creative mojo means he understands the key aspects of both business and brand. Daniel’s ingenious and entrepreneurial spirit saw him start his first print business fresh out of uni as a graduate in Graphic Design. Since then, he’s gained a wealth of experience, particularly in the property sector and has consistently delivered on major design projects.

Daniel is focused, witty and determined. He’s an ideas guy who prides himself on his integrity.

He’s the patriarch and the Godfather of the WAC family and that’s not just because of his love of Gangster movies. With seven kids, he’s well versed in juggling multiple responsibilities and a hefty workload. Yep, that’s seven kids. Daniel is quite literally “The Daddy.”

Daniel is ready and waiting to exceed all of your expectations.

Thomas Clark
Thomas Clark

Tom is WAC’s Creative Director. He’s the captain of WAC’s uber-talented Design team and thrives on turning your ideas into feats of visual and graphical beauty. Tom’s talent and passion for bringing concepts to life knows no limits. He’s just completed a six year long personal project delivering all the digital assets for a new book on the mosaics and architecture of Westminster Abbey. Working with a renowned archaeologist David Neal, Tom’s work was presented to Her Majesty The Queen on 7th October 2019 and will take pride of place in the British Library. How’s that for an example of collaborative enterprise?

Tom takes his inspiration from Noel Fielding’s character Vince Noir in the Mighty Boosh. He has an authentic style, bags of charm and a vivid imagination. He’s a straight-talking, lateral thinker who just loves developing rewarding relationships with his customers.

Tom is available to help you craft your perfect brand identity design and open your eyes to a world of possibilities.

Steven Dryden-Hall

Steven is WAC’s Business Development Manager which means he’s in charge of bringing creative amazingness to your brand and business. But he’s way more than just a job title. He’s mastered many glorious pursuits of diverse ingenuity, mainly in the food and beverage industry. In 2012, he founded the MK Food and Leisure Awards bringing views, news and reviews to thousands of hungry foodies throughout the land combined with a brilliant PR and advertising platform for local restauranteurs. Inspired by the Flying Chef, Steven once hired a helicopter and proposed to his wife on the helipad.

Steven’s professional mantra is to make meaningful and lasting connections that empower people and businesses to achieve their full potential. He loves seeing individuals and companies flourish and loves to be part of their journey. He’s a fun-loving and dynamic free spirit with bags of passion and enthusiasm just waiting to unleash itself on your brand.

Steven’s available to discuss your brand requirements (and to talk about food).

Simon Piggott
Simon Piggott

Simon is WAC’s Operations Director. He takes care of anything and everything operational meaning he’s the glue that holds everything together. While everyone else is working on the what and why, he’s focused on the how and when. Simon knows no barriers when it comes to innovation as he once launched a major new tech company that completely disrupted the online ticketing world and transformed the way in which the industry operates.

Simon is a quirky, eccentric kind of guy with his own unique approach. He loves to immerse himself in a world of hands-on, end-to-end project delivery, ensuring clients get a top-notch experience whilst making sure the team have exactly what they need to succeed. He’s a curious breed whose thirst for learning will never be quenched.  He’s the unsung hero that makes WAC tick. Not all heroes wear capes, some wear a crazy amount of tattoos. That’s how much he loves design!

Simon is available to help make your dream become a reality.

Danielle Harrington

Danielle is WAC’s Senior Graphic Designer. She leads and mentors a supremely talented Design team who produce the highest quality digital artwork and manage all of WAC’s creative projects from concept to delivery. Her passion for producing stunning works of visual mastery extends beyond the WAC studios. She also undertakes commissioned freehand portraits and drawings and loves to restore old bits of furniture into fresh and contemporary pieces to use around the house. To expand her creative cultural horizons, she undertook a work experience assignment on the Rock of Gibraltar which gave her a fresh perspective to add to her exceptional talent.

Danielle is super chilled, super friendly and Superwoman when it comes to both the quality and quantity in producing engaging and innovative visual content. She’s partial to a cider or two at the weekends (aka creative juice) but it’s her 7 year-old nephew who is the apple of her eye.

Danielle is ready and waiting to become your brand’s visual storyteller.
